Pay for papers to be delivered but end up fetching ourselves majority of time- not the staffs fault. Had one run in with one of stand in managers arrogant son who had zero customer service skills; understand I’m not the only customer to have experienced this. Newspapers are supposed to be delivered daily but actually arrive about half the time. I've never known a service as bad as the one offered by this newsagents.
