Three windscreen chips done but smaller chips that were supposed to be filled were not as the member of staff was taken off the job as they were too busy. Unfortunately completing the job and customer satisfaction obviously not considered a high enough priority

Friendly customer service for a click and collect, but as well as collecting that I also wanted another product which wasn't on display so they said it would be out of stock. But when home I saw that product was also on 1 hour click and collect from same store.

Rubbish customer service. Purchased a bicycle online and had a pick up slot for 10am Saturday. Got there to pick it up only to be told it would not be in until the following Thursday.
