The lady wasn’t professional at all Overfilled our coffees and turned her back on us so we don’t see while she wiped around the cup with a dirty cloth , coffee did not have the taste as usual Nero coffee . Went in here for a pastry and coffee. We ordered two pastries and a couple of coffees - thought we would give them a go after a bad experience a couple of years ago, hoping that things had improved- no such luck. Paper cups instead of proper china cups because, we were told, the staff didn't have time to wash the cups. The two members of staff then proceeded to chat and do nothing for the next 20 minutes.
