Very slow service not even acknowledging I was waiting, no apology for keeping me waiting. Then the book I wanted wasn't in stock and there was no offer to order it or suggestion of an alternative. No wonder so many people go through Amazon rather than supporting high street bookshops!

Good selection- hit and miss if the staff are helpful with suggestions. BUt all are very friendly.
