Shocking customer service by the male member of staff that was dressed in a bear costume. intentionally ignored me and then stalled me as it was approaching closing time meaning I couldn't get what I needed just so they could have the shutters down at 5 on the dot.Won't be buying anything from Topps Tiles ever again unless...

I was most impressed by the service provided by JJ and his colleagues. He was patient and helpful. After I changed my mind and returned the tiles, I am pleased to say the refund process was very easy.
