Used them second year in a row and planning on doing the same in the coming years. First time, booked in for service and MOT. This year just an MOT, waiting times for both bookings were just couple of days which is excellent compared to other garages, as it can exceed over a week or two. I felt safe knowing that no one is going to try to make money by replacing parts that are not supposed to be replaced yet, even with some advisories on my MOT, they didn?t push me into doing repairs and ensured that my vehicle is safe to use on the road.

Halfords failed my car MOT saying my TPMS was faulty despite them telling me not to worry about it when the tyre pressure light came on 2 years ago, changing 3 of my tyres last year and passing it through previous MOT?s. Over the last 2 years, according to Halfords the tyre pressure was fine, it was a common fault with mokkas and they just couldn?t clear the fault. Popped into Staple hill on the off chance they could enlighten me. The tyre pressure was low in 1 tyre, they pumped it up, cleared the fault in 10 mins and didn?t charge me. I?m so grateful!! Will defo be using this garage in future, thoroughly recommend!

Been taking our cars here for 18 years, MOTs, Service, new tyres etc. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Always very friendly, honest, would definitely recommend.

Not the best garage I?ve been too, went there to fix my car as it had no power! Took over £500 from me to fix the issue had to go back 3 times because the car was in the same condition it went in.
