I placed an order for water cartridges and picked up from Bristol store only to find that when I got home one cartridge was missing. Ordered for collection as there was no option for delivery. The collection said it would be ready at 11:30, when I got there they told me I had to wait an hour as they couldn’t go down to the stock room and leave another person on the till.
