The whole experience with Wolseley has been appalling from start to finish. Zero contact initiated from Wolseley regarding item coming into stock, then the stock being unallocated from our order when we went to collect and being refused the item (despite being sat on the counter in front of us), then being told the branch would phone us back once they sorted the stock allocation out, never did, then told we would get local delivery, then told otherwise, now told the order is cancelled, yet no refund is issued and we have to reorder at a higher price on the website.
