Pretty Appalling experience. Particularly; cashier was very rude about parcel

I have never had such an appalling experience at a store before until today. I arrived this morning and politely asked if I could return my parcel. The woman at the checkout was clearly on her phone, barely acknowledged me when I asked for help, and then continued her conversation while I struggled by myself.
