Ordered dinner trays through Amazon. Noticed one of them was broken after a couple of weeks. Contacted company direct. Replacement sent out instantly. Would recommend this company. Great customer service.

Bought set of stallar induction pans years ago. One recently started to leak around rivets on handle. Contacted Bristol who has replaced item. Cannot fault this company, highly recommend including Stellar pans

I bought my set of saucepans about 10 years ago after a recommendation and the fact that they offer such a good guarantee, but over the past few years the non-stick surface had started to deteriorate. I emailed the company and had a very quick response from Louis. After sending a few images as requested I received a replacement set!I'm absolutely delighted with the service I received and can't thank Louis enough for the prompt, professional way that my concern was dealt with. Can't recommend this company enough and will certainly be buying from them again.

The table knives have gone blunt and cannot buy them without buying the whole set again. You can buy steak, dessert and butter knives separately so why can't you buy the table knives separately.

I bought a 3 set of Stellar 7000 Draining pans about 15yrs ago to use on an induction cooker. Over the years of constant use and dishwasher cleaning the rivets holding the lid and pan handles started to erode causing the handles to wobble. I contacted Horwood with a short note and a few pics and video clips. The following day Louis replied asking a couple of questions. These I answered. Louis said that some improvements had been made to the pans and that this shouldn't happen again .He also said my replacements would be sent out. Before lunch the following day my new pans were delivered. Wonderful to see that Horwood honour a "Lifetime guarantee" and are truly a professional company. Highly recommend.

10/10 for Customer Service! A small issue with a corkscrew was resolved speedily and efficiently (even when I couldn't remember where I'd bought it, nor where the receipt went) by replacing the entire item. The Stella range is well-engineered and my partner and I cannot speak too highly of it.Thanks!

I can't speak more highly of their customer service and helpfulness. Louis was incredibly quick to help me purchase an item of theirs for a wedding present when my US credit card was having troubles completing a transaction on their site. Within a day of emailing their support address, they provided me with a custom checkout and shipped the product the next day.

Had my judge pan a good few years. I was mortified when my handle came off. Judge sent me a handle but I explained it had broken at the weld. They immediately with no fuss agreed to send me a replacement,this is an exceptional service I will never buy another manufacturer of kitchenware...judge every time..thank you

Whatever you are paying Louis is definitely not enough! What a star! I?ve just received exemplary customer service from him in regards to problems I had with two non-stick Stellar Rocktanium frying pans. He responded promptly to my initial email, and after requesting a few bits of information and photographs, I got a very detailed response with lots of helpful information and two replacement frying pans delivered almost immediately. This sounds really odd but it was almost a pleasure having this problem and getting it dealt with! We need more people like Louis in the world.

Exceptional service. Our ten year old Stellar teapot began to leak at the spout, and when Horwood were told about it they asked for a photo of it, and then sent a brand new replacement by return of post. I cannot rate this service as highly as I would like, 10 stars out of 5 would be more honest.
