Ordered a Christmas meal for 4 with some added extras and I can?t thank the team enough for an amazing meal. The quality and quantity of the meal was superb as were the precise cooking instructions . This was the first stress free Xmas I have ever had and admitted to them it was all down to the Cook shop and the family thought it was a delicious meal. So thank you and merry Xmas.

Booked a slot for delivery , no later than 1pm. Stayed in until 1pm ?. No delivery! I then left the house and got a message to say they had attempted delivery and now food will go back to store!Not acceptable? if you can?t stick to agreed time then don?t offer those times . I now can?t get through to store ! I want a refund

Went in the shop to buy a turkey ,, the 2 lady?s at the counter were so rude ,when I asked where the Christmas food was !! They are so smug as I gave them cash ,,she looked at me in disgust and said ,,? we only do card ? with that I left only to hear them laughing and shouting merry Christmas ? ,awful just nasty ,, will not be buying g from here ever again

I live nearby, so support locally. Some of the dishes are delicious, way better than from the restaurant! Prices for portion for 2 is on the average supermarkets level, but the quality is way better, especially meat dishes + it's a B company with values, not a big corpo..

So so grateful to the staff here thank you soooo much. I had a god awful day a while a go and only had cash. Thanks to the kind person who gave me a meal as i didnt have a card on me.It really cheered me up and restored my faith in humanity. The vegan options are fab and have helped me to get some nutrition while recovering from an accident. God bless ??

This is a great business, the quality and flavour of the food is way above the average frozen food standard, in fact some dishes are really delicious, truly as a home cooked fresh meal. They have a lot of variety, options for 1, 2 or more people, and the products are fairly priced. I have been going weekly for a while and will continue to do so!
