The manager in charge Lucy is so unhelpful and lazy. Customer service says go in store for help and she's useless, she can't be bothered and can't be bothered to help you sort it out either. How do people like this get these managerial jobs..she just is so terrible at her job and needs to be fired.

This store is the worst stote in UK .so don't buy anything because The Argos policy is really bad . .. Their return policy is rubbish and unacceptable ?...don't waste your money please
