Joined queue for carwash, was 3rd in line, used car wash and left. Today was sent bill for overstaying in car park. I only parked to purchase ticket, it was less than 5min. You are as bad as the Post office with your Parking eye bully boys. I am disgusted with both of you. They will not get a penny out of me

I was very disappointed, I have been a customer for many years, always buying in your stores and filling up my car. Last week I left my car iodized while talking to a customer and they fined me 60.00. And they gave me 14 days to pay, or I would pay 100.00. I was very disappointed and do not intend to fill up my car with this company again.

No customer toilets despite having a cafe and coffee area.Car wash takes nearly 13 mins for each car and they queue behind the building. I ended up waiting 3/4 hour in the car was queue....... dieing for a toilet

I didn't rate the place.i rate Greggs.the girls with no experience.took them both 10 minutes to figured how much a late , a juice,a sandwich and crisp bag (wich was as a menu ) .?????... even my 7 year old without a calculator (as they did) would have done it quicker . ????????????

I have also been sent a £100 parking fine due to the long queue (50 minutes!) for the interminably slow car wash. Parkingeye (used by Applegreen) try to charge everyone who is on site for over 30 mins whether or not they were waiting in a queue. The charge notice arrived despite the fact that I had given the station attendant my reg number before I left the site. Despite asking Applegreen to head off the charges before I left the site, I still was sent a £100 parking charge notice. This, coupled with the station's practice of selling chocolate to customers "for charity" (sending the chocolate to a foodbank but presumably pocketing the proceeds of the sale for themselves because they are selling you the chocolate) has caused me to decide that I will buy my petrol elsewhere from now on. Pity as the location is convenient. Applegreen - you should really think more about these own goals that you are scoring.
