Timpson have a policy of recruiting by personality not qualifications. Stefan runs the Wokingham branch as shows why the policy is so right. I purchased some slate house numbers and there were a number of mistakes made by the supplier. But nothing was too much for Stefan. He kept on the case until the order was 100% correct....
