Helpful staff; achieved what we needed to do. Had to wait for 10 mins first, as both staff were occupied with customers. Not happy with Vodafone store service, anything takes a huge amount of time, their system is very slow, they claim it crashes all the time or whatever it is. They are not stream lines at all.
