Had eye test with measurement of pressure, as little high I had to go next day to take measurements, went took and someone told me that optician will call me next day, nobody called me, after some days called to ask and again someone said that will call me...but nothing..... horrible customer service...is appears that only... read full comment

gave me the wrong prescription and information. i was told to get a specific appointment and i paid £25, only to find out almost a year later that the prescription is not eligible for contact lenses! shocking and money-grabbing. nothing was explained to me. what a waste of my time and money.
