Either closing hours are incorrect, either coffee shop staff chooses when they want to close up to 1 hr before stated closing hours. Quite disappointing

You have to watch the barista how they are going to prepare your drinks, wait for 3 cups of matcha latte with expresso until I get the customised one I want?
