Friendly greeting at the door and no delays in getting a table. Ordering process was simple on the app, food and drinks arrived quickly and with a smile. The soft serve ice cream machine had a fault but the staff were able to reboot it and a few minutes later we were in business, much to my 11 year old's delight.
