I unfortunately received the same experience as Richard D today. Incredibly poor and rude service, I responded assertively with my feedback and remained calm throughout. The young lady who served me became more and more aggressive and suggested I was the one being rude, as did the owner. I believe there is a big difference... read full comment

Love this chemist. I found the staff in this lovely quaint little chemist very friendly when I pop in. They do a fabulous job!
