The toilets are always locked or out of order. This issue needs to be fixed! People shouldnt be getting health issues because you guys don’t want to pay the bill or clean the toilets.

Came in for a morning hot drink with my parents and Adam our server was so lovely, he was super friendly and is extremely respectful. He made our visit so warm and welcoming and actually had nice conversation with us instead of rushing to take our order. Even though this is slightly out of town it's my favourite coffee venue in Windsor. Mainly due to the staff and atmosphere. They are clearly happy and this comes across very time I go in. Such a nice place to chill out :)
