Very average. Ordered the tomahawk to share. Requested medium rare and it’s a good job we didn’t order it more well done, as I think it would have arrived incinerated. Always great food, their steaks are excellent. Good choice of rub infusions and sauces, nice to watch the chef prepare the meat on the open grill. Great wines too
