As soon as I turned on my brand new Wahl trimmers the blade went wonky, luckily it wasn't on a dog at the time otherwise it would have cut.I called and very politely advised the problem and asked for it to be rectified. I've used this Company for 14 years since started dog grooming I find their telephone manner nowadays stuffy & condisending. I'm going elsewhere .
