Wee were there for a weekend meal. They closely guard the meat whilst you can binge on the veg. I had the salmon which was very nice and as they have to prepare it for you was nice and hot too. The food lacks flavor. It's beautifully displayed but all of it is bland. Customer service was awesome, reasonably priced and very clean
