    Is -5 possible?Sold an extended warranty for our premium corner leather sofa - which I was told by the salesman covers everything structural. Tried to claim in 2 separate occasions with 2 different faults only to be told it’s not covered! Now have a sofa that’s caved in on one of the seats… would never buy from them... read full comment

    I would give a 0 if given the option. I ordered in may and they lost my sofa which is unbelievable! Reordered in July because of them losing my sofa and till today not received it!!
