Completely no respect for the customer. The bank only open until 15:00. Unfortunately, but people work longer hours and after closing there is no way to pay money in. Horrible service. I went to find out some information about my account and the very unhelpful lady there said I can find out everything online. I told her I cannot log into my account as I forgot the login details and i need help with that and she said she is sorry ? very bad service. Will look into finding a way to close...
