Today, February 5, 2024, I was at this bank's branch between approximately 12:30 and 14:30. There was a support service woman there, aged between 45 to 55, with a height ranging from 165 to 175 cm and weighing around 80 to 95 kg. She was a white woman with curly hair and wore glasses. Absolute shambles this place. 20 people in a queue. 1 person serving. Other staff just walking around asking customers what they need help with but nothing being done to speed up the process. Waste of time.
