Whenever I go there hardly get what I want at all because they need more stock! Majority of the Make up is always out of stock and hardly much of variety. This boots store has potential but just being wasted away it seems. I would like to end my review on one positive the staff are very helpful \\u0026 patient.

Worst boots I ve ever been to. Empty shelves mostly all the times especially in cosmetics and make up area. Most make up products are testers. They have a NYX section which is fairly empty. The back side empty. Chaos. Sort it out!

It is much better than windsor boots,since the windsor made the shop smaller, it is now rubbish, this one is much better and the staff are friendly .
