Hello Halfords. You’re not just bad…you’re literally terrible. Horrible experience today. I had a booking today, for two front tyres fit at 1pm. Thanks Chantelle. Trev is the finest example of Customer service excellence. Really impressed with his attitude, proactive problem solving and abilities. He resolved an issue with my tyres and made Halfords Autocentre look incredible in doing so. Totally recommend

Had my tyres fitted to my Audi today, I have to say I received excellent service from Keith and his colleague on the front desk and the chap who fitted the tyres.Would use them again in the future.
