Avoid this branch like the coronavirus. Jade showed the upmost disrespect to myself and my partner when we visited after speaking to her colleague over the phone and were advised to pop-in branch and speak to Jade. We travelled 30mins, paid for parking to be sat in front of her for approx 10mins whilst she stopped all interactions... read full comment
