Service has gone from excellent to appalling. We are told to telephone in prescription requests to give the pharmacist 24 hours notice, but you can see in the shop that they do not answer phone.

I have used this chemist for years, I find the staff friendly, but working under a seemingly disorganised system. It seems medication ordered via the NHS app is only made u when you go to collect it. After a 12 minute wait I had to leave my asthma medication . I will try another pharmacy in future.

Booked my 16 year old for Covid 19 vaccination through NHS. Tried to call but not picked up. Turns out they don't do 1st vacinne and also not fit under 18's. Total waste of time.
