They don’t follow return policy or bother to ask what the actual issue is. Had to call customer service just for them to realise and end up giving me my refund. Customer service called me back and apologised on their behalf. 2 Indian ladies- one young Muslim and one old. N one young white girl. So just be aware

Really bad experience! staff treats customers in a bad way, never visiting again and don’t recommend to anyone. I would say the fragrance shop is far better than this!
