Very disappointed! Rude cashier the woman in glasses, she was provoking a fight over an invisible queue barrier. This retailer has been one of my favourites, deserves better trained store assistants.

Had a problem with a product bought online, went to return it but they rejected the claim. Went on for weeks, despite getting advice from citizens advice. Their customer service is absolute rubbish, if you have a problem they are not interested. All they seem to care about is keeping you money. Buyer beware.

I walked into Sports Direct today 18th January. I didn't know what to choose as l was looking for Ladies running shoes. I went to find someone and this assistant was called Lucy. She was most accommodating. Her expertise and personality deserve much praise. It was a pleasure to be served by lovely girl.
