A fairly big retail outlet with a lot of stock, conveniently placed near J12 of M4 with a large parking area. Customer experience in the store is pretty lousy, disinterested staff, showing little inclination to help customers. I would recommend shopping online and only buying from here in an emergency.

My wife placed an order online. They cancelled it saying payment was not taken but it was taken and they refuse to help with the refund. We’ll never set foot in one of their stores or order again online.
