Worst service I’ve ever endured. Booked an appointment TWO weeks ago for ear treatment as one ear is blocked. Turned up today for the appointment to be told my appointment wasn’t for another MONTH! Good customer service , assisted by Jan Claire. I collected my 2 pairs of glasses very quick & when I had a problem with the other one they replaced another new frame & still not long to wait for collection. They’re very friendly & professionals.
