    Absolutely abhorrent to my elderly grandmother. Waited 45 minutes as the 85 year old couldn’t get on her online banking only to be shut down, mocked and no support offered.     Banking customer service has been in decline as of late but Santander has taken this to shockingly all-time-low…it’s as if the staff all are carefully selected based on level of their incompetence and condescension !!!
