Comfortable and clean, the hotel is in the middle of being updated so there is building work going on which wasn't an issue, rooms are in need of an upgrade which is why work is being done. Staff lovely and friendly.

This is the worst PI I have stayed in, black mold all over the bathrooms, fan totally blocked with dirt, dated rooms with old plywood furniture, fire alarm went off in middle of night as someone decided to spray deodorant in the sensor to mask what ever they was on, very noisy place to stay too.
