Went for DVLA postage asked for a glue which i forgot to bring , she rudely behaved and telling you have to buy which costing me 2 pounds which is more than actual postage cost 75p.As a customer we would expect a glue can available in post office. then the lady behaviour is not recommended simply saying i have answered... read full comment

Went for an Amazon return. The lady was very helpful walking me through the correct process.
