Reviews seem pretty negatively skewed against here, but me personally, Jamie made collecting and paying for my package near effortless and was a delight despite it being a Saturday morning.

Similar experience to what others have mentioned. Last year, a few parcels were delivered by them without any issues. However, this year, they consistently mark the parcel as non-deliverable for four consecutive days (It's quite frustrating to wait at home for four days only to receive nothing).
