Older white lady is always miserable (and always smells of smoking). Not coming back here again

Used to be a good shop but manager seems never happy unless smoking outside and is always rude, heard talking to staff rudely and isn't any better with the customers there's times when sign says open but is actually closed once she screamed at a couple of people saying closed but then realised had the door sign as open.

I cannot express how disgusted I am with this shop and the behaviour of management and Morrisons / mccolls lack of care for staff members.
