Good priced quality good stuff, but it is always painful trying to pay either because there are not enough staff on the checkouts, or the self-service checkout tills go wrong and you have to wait for a member of staff to fiddle with the till.Sometimes I just give up and walk out and go to another supermarket on my way home.

Lidl offers a diverse range of affordable products, and their store layout is efficient. However, the product variety might be limited compared to larger supermarkets. Oxford Road Reading Lidals Absolutely awful Self service is for cards only now.They only open One Till so if you are popping in for 1 or 2 items and paying cash then expect to be waiting in a very,very long que for up to 30+minutes People don't have time to wait around ***** Lidals Open Up More Tills Please*****
