Brought a starter motor jan 2024.. failed march.. rang them to ask for a new warranty unit and aparantly no invoice found on the system? No starter ever sold on the reg? Something dodgey going on here people.. staff maybe scamming the company? Or? Shows on my bank the fee they charged for the starter ... poor customer service... read full comment

2 visits, and bad experience they won't get-up from they chairs, a women were sitting talking from far, and told not parts available. There are better places to get car parts out there. Zero stars

Reserved and paid. Went to collect and it wasn't in stock. Had to wait a further 5 days for refund to enter the bank.
