They were nice, but couldnt find a hole in my bike tube multiple times that I found within 2 minutes of doing it myself at home.

I went to Reading Evan’s Cycles. I received outstanding service from Joe (assistant manager). Joe demonstrated excellent communication and knowledge about the products he was selling. I couldn’t recommend this shop more and can’t wait to visit again. Thankyou again Joe!

My husband took our daughter's bike we bought on amazon to get the break fixed as we couldn't make it to work. Other places had a week or few weeks' waiting but Joe took a look at our daughter's bike on the day and fixed it very quickly. Joe was very kind and professional. I really appreciated his help today.
