Incompetent couriers (late delivery, wrong address, several times), unprofessional customer service (long waiting time on the phone, unapologetic staff). A blind homing pigeon would probably be able to do a better job.

DPD Mihkto driver stole my package after leaving a photo that it was “delivered” admitted to moving it to another location, but was told it was my fault for choosing to leave in a safe place… never use DPD - only package stolen from my front door in 4 years of living there <.<
