Like all the other reviewers, they never lift up the phone and also like to cut you off. call service is absolute disaster!

Great price, but they never lift the phone, tried 30 times then went physically to Reading branch to order as they give good discount. But the team when I booked and also when collected were not friendly at all, they all seem to forget what a smile or being nice to customers mean!! Costco Reading - tried to call, phoned over 10 times during the day and nobody answers. Drove 30 mins to the shop and you then have to book in - earliest appointment 4 days away. Even phoned from Costco cafe and watched them ignore the call. Not sure how that works for their puncture repair service. Great price but shame... read full comment
