Out of 16 items, 7 items I've paid for were completely missing from the delivery. I've requested and received a refund and couldn't reorder as they have closed the shop by the time the order arrived. Not the best of experiences!

This is a friendly store with a good range of goods though the choice is necessarily restricted because of the limited space available. In spite of that there is a wide range of fresh fruit and vegetables, dairy and bakery products and wine. This review is nothing to do with store or staff but simply with lack of empathy. The store is freezing cold and the staff are shivering (as am I) As far as I can see you have no heating in the store and with way below minus temperatures that's rather inhuman. Please look after your staff, after all...they pay your wages.... read full comment
