Overall, the store is extremely lovely, with great coffee and a pleasant atmosphere. But what bothers me is that the store manager does nothing to aid the team. We ordered 16 drinks to celebrate recent sucess at the GP surgery. Unfortunately many drinks came half full. They were not marked what they are so one member of staff was left without drink to keep her safe due to severe nut allergy. One drink tasted of pure water.
