The previous manager was amazing, but of late the staff are hopeless. Turning off the electric to the EV charger whilst people are charging. Jet washes out of action and all you get is blank looks. One person serving whilst three others stand and watch. Only 150kw charger in area but AVOID!

CAN YOU LOOK INTO YOU NIGHT TIME STAFF ??????? I JUST WAITED 20 MINUTES TO PAY MY DIESEL THIS IS ABSOULTELY RIDICULOUS !!! SOME PEOPLE HAVE PLACES TO GO AND THINGS TO DO. ABSOLUTELY RUDE AS WELL AND A LOT OF ATTITUDE. NEVER ONCE HAVE I SEEN STAFF BEHAVE THIS WAY AND WAIT SO LONG !
