Customer service is not great. Lottery is never available in the morning when I visit. Only ever met one polite assistant since I have had to use it.

I will never return to this petrol station again. It says it is 24 hours, just popped in to fill up the tank of the car and there was a guy inside when he saw me he went inside but I thought he would return quick. I was waiting for him to enable to pump but he did not return, so I went close to the window then he came back...

Marked as 24hr... I presented at the night window at approximately 1:20am to buy an item from the shop... No one there. Rang the shop phone from my mobile, and heard it ring, inside the shop on the other side of the night-window glass! No one answered. So I ended up going elsewhere.
