Very rude casier tonight. I think he needs a better training to work in customer service or is better to change his job.. I am very disappointed of this and I hope the management will do something about it as is not the first time happening

The cashier worked on the 10th of march 7:30pm was very rude and refused to top up my electricity key saying he doesn’t know how to use the machine, other time he knew how to use the machine. I want to mention that I never been disrespectful to him. His behaviour is not acceptable!!!
