Great service from Dean. I was shopping for my first formal suit and also needed tailoring for a good fit. I’m really happy with the purchase - Dean was super friendly and he knows his stuff. Great shopping experience - no need to visit London!

They refused to change fault shoes. The most astonishingly bad customer service from staff and even worse from the manager. I have never known anything like it. Avoid at all costs.
