A horrible place to shop for parents with kids. One toilet available for everyone shopping at the centre.

Whilst convenient, items are often priced incorrectly on the shelf and you are charged a different (often higher) price when you go to pay. Customer service is also poor and staff can be quite rude, especially on self checkouts. Very disappointing for such a large supermarket in our local community.

The steps in to the north car park from Chalfont Way are discussing litter everywhere obviously they do not value our business. It is like walking through a landfill site.
